We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Personal Loan Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain loan products, and generate leads for personal loans. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective and existing customers to promote personal loan products
Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements
Generate and follow up on leads
Maintain customer records and update CRM/data sheets
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the sales and verification team for loan processing
Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
