Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting personal loans and overdraft products. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer financial needs, explaining product features, processing loan applications, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital channels, and cold calling.
Sell personal loan and overdraft products to eligible customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Assist customers with documentation and loan application processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan disbursement.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory guidelines.
Keep updated on product features, interest rates, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial sales (personal loans, overdrafts, credit cards, or similar products preferred).
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
