Job Description

Bajaj Capital is hiring for its Delhi locations. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, understanding their financial and insurance requirements, and promoting suitable financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, references and other sources.

• Contact and interact with prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial/insurance products.

• Follow up with customers and convert leads into business.

• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and update daily sales activities.

• Coordinate with the team for documentation and customer onboarding.

• Provide proper customer service and post-sales support.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 12 pass candidates also apply

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Candidates must be willing to work from any of the mentioned Delhi locations.
