Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential patients/customers over calls, explaining healthcare services/products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
Explain healthcare services, packages, or products clearly
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
Basic knowledge of healthcare services is a plus
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or healthcare sales
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Good listening and problem-solving skills
