About the Role
BN Ayurveda Sansthan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over calls, understanding their requirements, introducing our Ayurvedic Men's Wellness products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust while maintaining high standards of customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company's Ayurvedic Men's Wellness products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns with confidence and empathy.
Maintain high-quality customer interactions while adhering to company communication standards.
Accurately update customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions and ensure timely closures.
Adhere to company policies, SOPs, compliance requirements, and sales processes.
Collaborate with team members and reporting managers to achieve departmental objectives.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company offerings, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role (Experience in the Ayurveda or Healthcare industry will be an added advantage but is not mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or english. Basic English communication will be preferred.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
Active listening skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
Positive attitude, confidence, patience, and professionalism while interacting with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
