Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products/services and answer customer questions
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Handle customer objections and provide solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• 2–3 years of experience
Working Conditions
• Office-based
• Six Days Working
Salary & Benefits
• Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month
