Job Summary
Astroswami is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their concerns, and guide them toward suitable astrology consultations, reports, and spiritual services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements, concerns, and life challenges.
Explain Astroswami's astrology services, consultations, reports, and remedies.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with astrologers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and service renewals.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Good listening and customer handling skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Full-time position.
6 Days Working.
