Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain the company's debt/loan settlement services and benefits.
Understand customer financial situations and identify suitable settlement solutions.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team or close sales independently, depending on the process.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Address customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
Ensure all conversations comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may also be considered with relevant experience).
0–3 years of experience in telesales, financial services, banking, loan, debt settlement, or collections.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience in debt settlement, loan settlement, banking, finance, insurance, or BPO sales.
Knowledge of customer handling and sales closing techniques.
