We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive who thrives on prospecting, outreach, and opening doors with new clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys B2B hunting — identifying companies, reaching decision-makers, and creating new business opportunities.
You will work closely with our international sales team, introducing power infrastructure and data center solutions to companies in sectors such as hospitality, commercial real estate, IT infrastructure, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
If you enjoy cold calling, building connections, and creating opportunities from scratch, this role is for you.
New Business Hunting
Research and identify target companies and decision-makers
Build prospect lists across hospitality groups, developers, IT companies, hospitals, and industrial facilities
Initiate cold outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and messaging
Lead Qualification
Identify companies planning new projects or infrastructure upgrades
Understand potential needs for power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center solutions
Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
Meeting & Opportunity Creation
Schedule meetings between prospects and technical sales engineers
Ensure a consistent pipeline of new opportunities
Market Intelligence
Identify opportunities where our solutions can be introduced early in the project stage
Activity Tracking
Maintain CRM or internal records of outreach, leads, and conversations
Ideal candidates will have:
✔ 1–4 years experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
✔ Confidence in cold calling and approaching new prospects
✔ Strong communication and persuasion ability
✔ Curiosity to research companies and identify opportunities
✔ A target-driven mindset
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar fields.
