Telesales Executive – Loans & Insurance (Roles & Responsibilities)

Outbound calling on leads/database

Pitch loan & insurance products clearly

Explain benefits, ROI, EMI, premium details

Generate & convert leads into sales

Follow-up with interested customers

Achieve daily/monthly targets

Handle customer queries & objections

Maintain call records in CRM/Excel

Coordinate with backend for processing

Ensure proper documentation & closures

Cross-sell / up-sell products

Follow compliance & company policies

Key Skills
