Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, caterers, hotels, corporate gifting companies) from provided lead data

  • Introduce and explain our melamine, wooden, and textile product range clearly and confidently

  • Understand customer requirements and share product catalogues, pricing, and details on WhatsApp/email

  • Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders or qualified meetings for the sales team

  • Maintain daily call records and update the calling data sheet (Excel/Google Sheets) with status and remarks

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat orders

  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

  • Share customer feedback and market insights with management

Requirements

  • Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

  • Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (B2B experience preferred; freshers welcome)

  • Good communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English

  • Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business

  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude
