We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads generated through Facebook campaigns and converting them into successful sales for our health supplement products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads generated from Facebook ads
Call potential customers and explain product benefits clearly
Pitch health supplement products (Diabetes, Men's Health, Wellness, etc.)
Build trust and convince customers for purchase (COD model)
Perform regular follow-ups with interested leads
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in telesales (preferably in healthcare/supplements)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good understanding of customer psychology and sales pitch
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems (preferred)
