Role & Responsibilities:
• Call active leads provided by the company
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
• Explain Aramex logistics / courier services
• Convert qualified leads into potential business opportunities
• Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects
Required Skills:
• Good English & Hindi communication
• Experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales
• Basic knowledge of lead generation or lead qualification
• Comfortable with daily calling targets
