Hiring: Insurance Telesales Executive
Location: Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Insurance Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, explaining insurance products, addressing customer queries, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details effectively.
- Generate sales by converting leads into customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
- Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and lead databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to improve conversion rates and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales.
- Insurance sales experience will be an added advantage.
