Job Details

• Position: Telesales Executive – Outbound Sales

• Open Positions: 10

• Job Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110044

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Outbound Calling / Telesales

• Languages Required: Hindi or Punjabi

• Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand per Month

• CTC: ₹26,000 per Month

• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
  
  Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote services and membership plans.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.

• Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert prospects into successful sales.

• Explain service features, benefits, and available plans effectively.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in CRM systems.

• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales and revenue.
  

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• At least 1 year of experience in Outbound Calling or Telesales is mandatory.

• Good communication skills in Hindi or Punjabi.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.

• Experience in a BPO Voice Process will be preferred.

• Good customer-handling and objection-resolution skills.

• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
