Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive with expertise in the B2B Sales sector to join our team at Agrim Wholesale Private Limited in Gurgaon, located at Udyog Vihar Phase I. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹18000 - ₹21000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 1 - 6 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Bengali, telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Odiya, Punjabi, Malyalam , Gujarati , Marathi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
