We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products or services clearly and professionally.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
Minimum qualification:
