Telesales Executive – AEY Bearings
Job Summary:
AEY Bearings is looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to generate sales opportunities, build customer relationships, and promote our range of industrial and automotive bearings. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, preparing quotations, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to manufacturers, dealers, traders, workshops, and industrial customers.
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing inquiries.
• Promote AEY Bearings' product range including Deep Groove Ball Bearings, Taper Roller Bearings, Pillow Block Bearings, Bushes, and Industrial Bearings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bearing solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations, follow up for orders, and coordinate with customers until order closure.
• Maintain customer records and update daily call reports in Excel/CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution and payment follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in industrial products, bearings, hardware, machinery, or engineering products is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
