Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining services/products, and closing sales over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company services and generate interest
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & calling process
Confident and persuasive personality
