• Make outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products

• Provide consultation & counselling to customers

• Build strong customer relationships and trust

• Convince customers and close sales

• Maintain and update call logs regularly
