Respo is looking for energetic, target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our team in Mumbai. If you have a passion for sales and experience in retail financial products, apply today to grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound/Inbound calling to connect with potential retail customers.
Pitch and sell Personal Loans or Credit Cards to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and guide them to choose the right financial product.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high quality of service and accurate database documentation.

Requirements & Eligibility:

Experience: Mandatorily requires experience in the retail industry, specifically selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards.
Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong persuasion, and active listening skills.

Shift & Working Hours:

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Compulsory Hours: 9 hours of login/working time per day is mandatory.
Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off structure.
