Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to sell credit cards and loans to customers via phone calls, meeting/exceeding sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate sales leads and convert them into credit card or loan applications.

2. Promote credit card and loan products, highlighting features and benefits.

3. Assess customer eligibility and provide personalized solutions.

4. Handle customer queries and objections, resolving issues efficiently.

5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for credit cards and loans.

6. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
