Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote services related to domestic retail sectors such as housing, shopping, online purchases, education, and other consumer services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM/system.
Follow up with interested customers and build long-term relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates are welcome
Age: 18–28 Years
Languages: Fluent in Tamil with good English communication skills
