Role Overview

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote company products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote products/services and explain their benefits clearly and effectively.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Provide accurate feedback and market insights to the team leader or manager.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• Fluent in [insert required languages].
