Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Telemarketing
Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to generate leads,
communicating the benefits of our services, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. Key
responsibilities will also include providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries,
and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients. The role requires proactive
communication, a customer-focused mindset, and efficient management of client interactions.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth and meet revenue
targets.
Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and
convey product features.
Customer Service and Customer Support expertise to handle inquiries and build lasting client
relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in the telecommunications or internet service industry is a plus.
Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Sales or Customer Service are advantageous.
