Key Responsibilities:

• Making calls to potential customers to promote products / services, gather information and generate leads.

• Answering customer calls, addressing inquiries, prepare and send quotations.

• Identifying and qualifying potential customers.

• Follow up call on quotation sent.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation completed and min. 1 years experience. (Freshers also apply). The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
