Telemarketing Executive – Healthcare
Location: Langford Branch, Bangalore

About the Role:
We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to manage patient enquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions at our Langford branch, ensuring excellent patient communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outgoing calls to potential and existing patients.
Follow up on enquiries, appointments, and feedback.
Coordinate with physiotherapists and front office staff.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Support promotional campaigns, health camps, and outreach activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or patient engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
Knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is a plus.
