Telemarketing Executive – Healthcare

About the Role:
We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to manage patient enquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions at our Langford branch, ensuring excellent patient communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to potential and existing patients.

• Follow up on enquiries, appointments, and feedback.

• Coordinate with physiotherapists and front office staff.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.

• Support promotional campaigns, health camps, and outreach activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or patient engagement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is a plus.
