Call potential clients to check their information and see if they're interested in our products/services.
Make sure all lead information is correct and complete in our system (CRM).
Work closely with our sales team to pass on good leads so they can follow up.
Help organise and prioritise leads based on their needs and urgency.
Prepare Quotations and support Sales team in every way possible.
Keep track of all leads using our tracking system/CRM.
Be comfortable making outbound calls to businesses.
Self-motivated and driven to meet goals.
Great communication skills (speaking and writing).
Fast Learning Skills - Need to learn about the industry super quick.
Strong attention to detail to verify information.
Comfortable using computer systems like a CRM to manage leads.
Experience in Tele Calling of minimum 1 year (100+ calls on daily basis)

Monday - Saturday Working
Timing: 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
