Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
• Introduce the company’s products and generate interest.
• Fix appointments for the sales team to conduct detailed presentations.
• Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and feedback.
• Follow up with interested prospects to ensure attendance at presentations/events.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and confirmed appointments.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and roadshows through telecalling.
• Provide accurate information and handle initial queries effectively.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / call center (timeshare/hospitality preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.
• Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum qualification:
12th pass; Graduate preferred.
