TME (Telemarketing Executive – Office based)

Job Location: Pune

Experience: Graduate- Fresher/ Undergrad with 1 year experience 

Salary: 23290 CTC + based on last CTC-incentives subject to performance

If Fresher - Starting 3rd Months - 18631 CTC - Upto 14500 K in hand 

                    From 4th Month - 23290 K CTC - 18800 in hand 

                    Employees get retention bonus of around 13k in 5TH month

If Experience  - 23290 CTC - 18800  in hand (only if all exp docs gets verified )

Responsibility:

Need to do cold calls and generate leads. Need to onboard new clients. Should

have good communication skills will be preferred. Fresher Graduate and Above

with

good communication skills will be considered

Skill Set Needed:-

Go getter attitude

Basic knowledge of methods involved in promoting, and selling products or

services

Outbound calling or sales experience would be an added advantage.

Good Convincing Skills

Basic Computer Knowledge English and Regional Language

Male & Female Candidate both can apply

Terms:-

We would require the candidates to join us as Full Time employees.
