Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into sales or appointments

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.

• Clearly and effectively communicate product or service details to potential clients.

• Generate interest and qualify leads through structured conversations.

• Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team when required.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes using CRM or Excel sheets.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.

• Handle customer objections and respond to queries in a professional manners

• Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum \[X] months/years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Good command of \[English/Hindi/Regional Languages as required].

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.
