Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Review, contact, and assess leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital channels, events, and referrals. Apply pre-defined qualification.
Prospect Engagement: Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms to verify interest and need. Nurture early-stage leads with relevant information and resources until they are sales-ready.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools. Generate regular reports on lead qualification metrics, conversion ratios, and pipeline contribution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess needs and prioritize leads.
