We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive – Lead Generation to join our team at Galactic. The role involves handling customer calls, providing exceptional customer support, generating quality leads, and resolving customer queries related to the international voice process. Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound customer calls for international campaigns
Generate and qualify leads through voice-based interactions
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally
Upsell, cross-sell, or convert leads where applicable
Maintain call quality, productivity, and performance metrics
Adhere to company scripts, compliance standards, and sales processes
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience preferred; freshers can also apply
Prior experience in international voice sales or customer support is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills with a strong thought process
Age limit: Up to 28 years
Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate
Comfortable working in a voice-based international process
Candidates should be from the hiring zone or within a 30 km radius
