🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Back Office (40%)
Maintain and update client records & databases.
Support Wealth Managers with documentation and report preparation.
Handle account opening, KYC verification, and compliance processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Telecaller Sales (60%)
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Fix appointments/meetings for Wealth Managers.
Explain basic financial products and services over calls.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Achieve set targets for client meetings and sales conversion support.

🔹 Key Skills Required
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of financial products (Mutual Funds/Insurance preferred).
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
