Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (depending on interview performance)

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives (Digital Marketing – Inside Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through calls and digital platforms, converting prospects into opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database

Promote and explain company services through calls and digital marketing channels

Handle objections and convert leads into opportunities

Schedule appointments and follow up with clients

Manage and update customer databases with accurate information

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & marketing targets

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Digital Marketing basics (social media, lead generation, online promotions)

Persuasive and confident attitude

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Prior telemarketing / digital marketing / sales experience will be an advantage
