Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive

Job Location: Tin Factory / Bommanahalli, Bangalore

Experience: Prior experience in telesales (mandatory)

Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi or any regional language

Salary: ₹20,000 Take Home and ₹24,000 + Incentives based on performance

Days: 6 working days per week and 1 rotational off

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Tele Sales or tele marketing Executives to join our growing team. As a part of our sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our loan products, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain product features and benefits clearly

• Follow up on leads and close sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
