Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and customer engagement team for a leading hospitality timeshare company in Bangalore.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our timeshare vacation products, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain company’s hospitality and timeshare services clearly and effectively
Generate interest and qualify prospects
Schedule appointments for in-person or virtual meetings with the sales team
Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and customer responses in the CRM
Follow up with leads regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Handle queries and objections professionally
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude at all times
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language (Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and polite on calls
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
High energy and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Education:
Minimum: 12th pass / PUC
Preferred: Graduate in any stream
