Annojo Allied Services is looking for a Female TeleMarketing Executive to join our growing team and play an important role in lead generation, customer engagement and sales conversion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.

- Understand customer requirements and confidently explain our products/services.

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.

- Handle customer questions, objections and concerns effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

- Coordinate with the field/sales team for successful lead closure.

- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

- Use WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools for lead management.

🎓 Eligibility

- Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate

- 1–3 years of experience in TeleMarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development or Customer Acquisition preferred.

- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong sales personality may also apply.

- Good Marathi and Hindi communication required.

- Basic English communication will be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
