Job Description – Telugu Telemarketing Executive

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 1–2 Years in Hardcore Telesales / Telemarketing

Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Explain company products/services and convert leads into customers.

Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.

Strong hardcore telesales/telemarketing experience.

Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.

Strong outbound/cold-calling experience.

Candidates from other sales backgrounds with good English communication may also apply.
