Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to support our automobile dealership operations. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up with prospective and existing customers, explain product features and ongoing offers, schedule showroom visits and test rides, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for updating customer data, tracking enquiries, coordinating with the sales team for conversions, and preparing basic daily call reports. Prior experience in telecalling, sales support, or automotive industry will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi), basic computer knowledge, and a target-oriented approach.
