We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our sales team. The role involves outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, customer data management, and pre-sales support. Salary: ₹23,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Cold Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers using assigned databases and call lists.
Introduce products and services to generate customer interest.
Identify potential prospects and generate qualified sales leads.
Build an initial connection with customers and understand their requirements.

Customer Data Management

Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Verify customer contact details, preferences, and requirements.
Ensure accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.

Pre-Sales Support

Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).
Address initial customer queries and handle objections professionally.
Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further discussions and closure.
Follow up with prospects to maintain an active sales pipeline.

Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
Graduates: Freshers from any stream can apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent calling performance.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, cold calling, or lead generation is an advantage.
