Job Title: Telemarketing Executive (TME) – Office Based

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives (TME) for our Chandigarh office to perform cold calling, generate leads, and onboard new clients. Candidates should have good communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and basic computer knowledge. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA, BTech, BE, PGDM, PGDBM, etc.)
Age: 18 – 34 years
Fresher / Undergrad with up to 1 year experience also eligible
Only Females required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform outbound cold calling to generate business leads
Onboard new clients
Promote and sell products and services using appropriate methods
Maintain good communication in English and Regional Language
Ensure effective documentation of leads and interactions

Skill Set Required:

Good communication and convincing skills
Go-getter attitude
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing methods
Basic computer proficiency
Outbound calling or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
