Telemarketing Executives

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executives to join our team at The Malayala Manorama Company Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Location: Egmore, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact registered candidates/customers and explain company services and paid packages.

• Engage with potential customers and educate them about the benefits of the application.

• Convince and encourage customers to opt for paid membership plans such as 3-month and 6-month packages.

• Create awareness about the platform and its services.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in Tamil language.

• Strong convincing and influencing skills.

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications.

• Willingness to travel and work from office.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

• Interest in Telemarketing/Sales process.

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Renewals, or Retention process.

Age Criteria:

• 20 to 35 Years
