Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for holiday packages.

  • Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, budget, and travel dates.

  • Explain holiday packages, destinations, inclusions, pricing, and special offers.

  • Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into bookings.

  • Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
