Job Overview:

Kalasa Textiles is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining product offerings, and supporting business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

·       Explain company products and services clearly to customers

·       Follow up on leads provided by the company

·       Maintain and update customer databases

·       Prepare and submit daily call reports

·       Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

·       Female candidates only

·       0–1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer support

·       Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English

·       Basic knowledge of textiles department will be an added advantage

·       Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently
