Telemarketing Executives

We are hiring Tele Marketing Executives to connect with potential business customers and

promote Justdial Subscription Plans. The primary responsibility is to generate interest,

understand customer requirements, and fix appointments for the Sales Team to take the

conversation forward and close the subscription.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective business owners and customers.

● Introduce Justdial Subscription Plans and explain their features and benefits.

● Understand the customer's business requirements and identify potential opportunities.

● Generate interest in Justdial's paid subscription plans.

● Fix appointments for the Sales/Field Sales Team with interested customers.

● Confirm appointments and ensure customer availability.

● Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-generation targets.

● Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth handover of qualified leads.

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

● Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

● Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

● Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.

● Target-oriented and motivated to achieve appointment-generation targets.

● Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

● Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Telemarketing, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales or

Lead Generation will be an advantage.

Salary

● Freshers: Up to ₹19,000 in-hand per month

● Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹21,000 in-hand per mont
