Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: As per last drawn salary and candidate’s expectations
Job Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
Handle sales calls, client enquiries, follow-ups, and counselling.
Explain export-import services clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales; experience in service sales will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive attitude with strong sales and business development skills.
