We are looking for experienced Telemarketing Executives to contact registered customers, explain the company’s services, and encourage them to subscribe to paid membership plans. Candidates should have good Tamil communication skills and a strong ability to convince customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contact registered customers and explain the company’s services and paid packages.
Promote the application and explain the benefits of using the platform.
Encourage customers to subscribe paid membership plans.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Create awareness about the platform and its services.
Follow up with customers and support membership conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telesales, Renewals, or Retention.
Age: 20–35 years
Language: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
Willingness to work from the office and travel when required.
Working Details
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Rotational

In-hand Salary: ₹18,000–₹24,000 per month
