Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Generate leads and convert them into onboarding clients
• Explain Justdial’s products and service benefits
• Maintain follow-ups for client conversion
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Provide excellent communication and client-handling skills

Required Skill Set

Essential

• Go-getter and target-driven attitude
• Good communication skills (English + regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, CRM)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Preferred

• Outbound calling / tele-sales experience
• Basic knowledge of sales & marketing methods
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are eligible
