Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services effectively to generate sales.
Convince customers and address their queries professionally.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, or Outbound Calling.
- Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and Bengali (both spoken).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry, CRM/software usage).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
